Andrew Attorneys is an established and professionally managed law firm whose primary aim is to provide quality legal services at an affordable cost starting 01st August 2019. This followed the dissolution of the partnership in Dambe, Johannes Attorneys. The managing partner having worked for Dambe, Johannes Attorneys as a partner for eight (8) years, Chadwick Anderson & Partners as well as Chibanda Makgalemele & Company, he took over sole management of its Maun Branch which led to a change in the firm’s name whilst maintaining the support staff, contact details and only changed physical addresses. The firm offers comprehensive legal services geared towards fulfilling and frequently exceeding clients’ needs and expectations. It comprises of ambitious and enthusiastic attorneys committed to integrity, excellence, hard work and the unending quest to render effective, appropriate and efficient advice to its clientele. We value our relationship with our clients and endeavour to keep them abreast with the progress of their cases at all times and deliver services in the shortest possible time frames. Our mission is to represent our clients in a professional, thorough and determined manner. Our vision is to build one of the leading law firms in Botswana.
The firm has the capacity to provide legal services in all areas in Botswana, stretching from Francistown and surrounding areas; Maun and surrounding areas, Kasane, Gantsi and some parts of the Central District, including, but not limited to Letlhakane, Shakawe, Gumare, Gaborone and surrounding areas, Lobatse and surrounding areas which literally translate to the whole of Botswana. The firm’s sole and managing partner is both duly admitted legal practitioners admitted to practice law in all courts in the Republic of Botswana and duly admitted Conveyancer and Notary Public and the professional assistant only admitted as an attorney. Moreover, the attorney is a member of the Law Society of Botswana in good standing.

COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS
We believe in the importance of regular communication between ourselves and our clients. To this end, we endeavour to maintain communication with clients to keep them fully updated about the conduct of their matters and give them periodic updates. Such updates can be availed on a bi-monthly basis or at such periods that the client may require. Depending on our clients preferences reports are sent by electronic, facsimile or surface mail. Moreover, we maintain an open door policy by virtue of which clients can readily access us for face to face consultation and updates. The firm’s business Page 5 of 6 hours are from 8.00 am to 1700 hrs from Monday to Friday. Be that as it may, the attorneys may be reached in their mobiles outside such operating hours in cases of emergency.
SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME FRAMES
The adage that Justice delayed is justice denied rings true in our firm. To that end, we strive to treat every client’s matter as urgent with a view of having the matter completed and brought to finality within the shortest possible times and to the satisfaction of our clients. Our dedicated staff works round the clock to ensure that this aspiration is attained at all times. Moreover, where our task is to collect monies on behalf of clients we do our utmost best to collect the monies as soon as possible and account to client expeditiously.
